A reminder that Spring Play Auditions will be held on December 1-3. Here is the schedule:

Tuesday, December 1 -

9th and 10th – Kiss Me Kate – Vocal and Dance
11th and 12th – Midsummer – Reading

Wednesday, December 2 -

9th and 10th – Midsummer – Reading
11th and 12th – Kiss Me Kate – Vocal and Dance

Thursday, December 3 – Callbacks Only

Please check the callback list on Thursday morning. A final cast list will be posted Friday morning.

Spring Play and Musical Audition Meeting

If you are planning to audition for either Kiss Me Kate or A Midsummer Night’s Dream, you MUST attend a meeting on Monday, November 16 from 3:30 – 4:30. We will discuss the calendar, the rehearsal contract, and the auditions.

Rehearsal contracts must be returned signed by both parents and students by November 20 before you leave for vacation.

Audition scenes will not be handed out to you until your contract is returned.

Macbeth Reviews and Notebooks

For all students who did not see and review Widows, you may recover that assignment by reviewing last week’s Georgia Shakespeare presentation of Macbeth. Reviews are due on October 27 (Black) or October 28 (Copper).

Drama I Notebooks are due on October 29 (Black) or October 30 (Copper).

WIDOWS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Hello, everyone,

School is cancelled for September 22 and Widows rehearsal with it. Herre are our changes:

We will begin rehearsing again on Wednesday, September 23 and plan to stay until about 9:00 Wed-Fri. We may also have a short rehearsal 1:00 – 4:00 on Sunday. All rehearsals will be ALL CALL from now on.

Actors, please make sure you have MASTERED your lines for Wednesday’s rehearsal.
